I only did two runs. It was a test day for me. I just wanted to see if the car was working as per spec.

I had the usuall sideways moment at the start of the day. Its not me warming up my tyres, its just me making a mistake on cold tyres.

My first run ended before the time was up due to my rose-jointed gear linkage going sloppy. I didn't want to risk any damage to the new box, so pulled in. Also my dash went dead:confused:
Run 1
Nothing major though I must have not done one of the rose joints up properly. So I tighened it back up and it was fine for the second session. I will be taking it out and seeing how I can stop it ever happening again though. I didn't fix the dash problem but heyho I might just bin it and get a proper one.

The second and final session came and went with no problems. So all smiles there:D
Run 2

I hope you enjoy the videos.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who made Saturday such a great day Cheesy

Especially to Dave and Sandy because without their efforts it wouldnt have been anywhere near as good.

I look forward to Eurofest now Cheesy

Unfortunately all of the time spent next to the track on Saturday has left me with a serious urge to build a track car....... lets see how the finances look later this year.

We could use some help with our own Club Car a little later on in the Year Si we have a Uno thats going to need some helping hands to get on track so our membership can go out on track events in our own track car...save yourself some cash and help put ours on the track...Im looking to put a 1.6 tipo engine in it...

We would also be looking to use this at the pod as well
and some trips up to the midlands so the members up there can join in and play...

Oh and thank you for the kind words Sandy and myself are overjoyed at the turn out that we had at this event It makes it so worth it to see so many happy faces and all your cars looking so good So I would like to thank you for making Cento-Rebels what it is from a Google group  to what we are now in what under 8 months I think am I right there Sandy 8 Months...

We still have a lot of interesting things to come for the members as this site is run for you we just make it happen...

Let me know when the time comes if there is anything that I can do.

Two spare hands is all ways handy in the workshop what ever the knowledge level of the user...Club Car and club Members building it will be lots of fun I think...
