Well just realised never actually done a thread for this car so here it is:

I bought it for my G/F to use to keep my 205 safe Cheesy

So it's a year 2000 Seicento Sporting with ABS and Air con (and weirdly a sunroof as well :o) that has had an Abarth kit fitted.

It had the turbo conversion done when it was around 20days old

It's currently on 35k.. and running sweet (Touch wood  )

So anyway here's the pics i've also got a few scans of some of the paperwork that may interest people including the original fitment parts list from Van Aaken elf haha

New wheels to be fitted once I find some 30mm and 20mm spacers for it (blu holding them Wink )

Pull Your trousers up "chief"

Got a few bits and pieces to fit as well:

Shiny Fuel Pressure Regulater

Punto GT 257mm front brakes (Uno turbo rears are in a box in the garage)
Should stop quite well if the ABS doesn't kick in too much :thumbd:

Also have a 40mm Throttle body coming soon and a "Turbo ie" badge once painted :o

Here's some scans that may be of interest if not just for giggles of reading  how to look after a turbo cento Wink

Not much more really planned being a sensible daily driver Wink well other than relocate the air filter somewhere a bit cooler and get a decent bore exhaust system made up elf haha

All comments welcome Cheesy

Unfortunately not going on the track girlfriend would sulk for far too long to make it worthwhile

Yeah it does go pretty well although have dropped the mandifold oof it at the moment to sort out a slight blow it had so should be a bit less laggy as well now

White wheels on red car soooooooooooooo much nicer than dark coloured wheels.

My preferences are this white wheels on red, blue and white cars, can work on some yellow cars like the Suzuki Rally cars.

Dark wheels are only suitable for white, yellow or silver cars.

Big no no, is black wheels on black or blue cars, looks awful.

Its all to do with contrasts, though only my opinion.

Jamie no longer owns this car, he has a CLio 172 as was seen on Cento Rebels stand at CC last track day, and a Pug 205 1.9GTi that may one day see the light od fay again.

The Sei was converted by Van Aaken who stopped doing turbo convertions a long time ago, and in fact have since gone bust. The only way to do it now is either buy one already done, or attempt at building one yourself from scratch based on VAD setup. Though it would be expensive to do this, turbo, sump fabrication, intercooler, plenum chamber for 2nd injector, MF2 to drive 2nd injector, new map sensor etc etc though some have managed good results with slightly different set ups.

To get similar results power wise the 1.4 16V conversions prove to be a little simplier to do.

Hi all cheers for all the comments!

Yeah was a fun car although the need for speed and reliabilty got to me..

Got bored of having to fix something every other day rather than drving the thing!

Still don;t regret owning turbo Centos mind  :driving
