gallery and forum pic HELP & size

if you use photo bucket or similar have your ur size option set to 640 x 480 before you upload the pics. it looks tidier having decent size pics. thanx hope this has helped. You need to make 3 posts before you can post pics.

this applies to the gallery as well. any pics that are bigger than this will be removed from the gallery and forum.

WHEN YOU COPY AND PASTE A LINK ENSURE WHEN USING PHOTOBUCKET THAT YOU USE THE IMAGE CODE BELOW THE PIC.
for forum pics:
STEP 1: OPEN PHOTOBUCKET OR SIMILAR

STEP 2: ON YOUR PHOTOBUCKET PAGE, UNDER THE PIC YOU WANT TO POST, LEFT CLICK THEN RIGHT CLICK ON THE IMAGE LINK AND SELECT COPY.

STEP 3: THEN GO TO THE FORUM THREAD THAT YOU WANT TO POST THE PIC IN, HIT REPLY, THEN THEN LEFT CLICK THEN RIGHT CLICK AND PASTE. WAHLAH ALL DONE. THEN HIT SAVE AND YOUR PIC WILL BE ON THE SITE. (you can add as many pics as you need to your reply ensure they are the correct size before posting them)

DON'T CLICK PREVIEW AS THIS MAY CAUSE YOUR LINK TO BREAK. IT WILL NOT SHOW THE PIC BEFORE YOU POST IT ANYWAYS.

THE SAME APPLIES TO THE GALLERY EXCEPT, CLICK ON THE DIRECT LINK CODE TO COPY AND PASTE ON THE URL LINE, WHEN YOU ADD PICS.

ALSO SIGNATURE STRIPS PLEASE KEEP THEM TO A STANDARD SIZE. LOOK AT HALFPINTS SO YOU KNOW WHAT THE SIZE ALLOWED IS.

there has been a change to the pic sizes for the gallery, please adhere to this or they will be removed soz peeps but the large pics are just taking up too much room in the gallery. I  am limited by my host and host disc space as to how big they are. So please check the sizes.

  Finally the link is working!! I've been trying to open it since you sent it to me and it wouldn't let me see it. I've spent all afternoon defragging the pc and doing all sorts of checks and scans so hopefully its behaving itself again.

Still not sure whether to chance it for Combe on the 10th. I'm going away on the 11th  for a week. I will let you know soon If I decide to come.
