Oh yes sorry! It's a Suzuki RG125FU wolf. I started derestricting the exhaust today so once the top end has been rebuilt should run 33bhp. Although I'm actually trying to source a 150 barrel & head & piston for it. The plan eventually is to send it to Stan Stephens & have the engine completely overhauled & tuned, if I can get the 150 kit plus some CF reeds & a 34mm carb should make 38bhp (at the back wheel). Frame's going to be black, may junk the swinger in place for a Cagiva mito item (also black) & rear wheel (4" as opposed to 2.75" for the standard suzuki item) I'm looking at using the Marzocchi USDs & rear shock from a mito as well. Nothing wrong with the standard (showa) stuff but the marzocchi gear is a bit better (more expensive) the tank & panels will either be pearlescent cherry red or white with black decals lacquered in. I'll be replacing ALL bearings & cleaning everything. Sorry for the long post but you did ask lol!

Stan has been around for years and is a great 2-stroke tuner..Can't go wrong giving him the the barrel...So when do you plan on finishing this little project? I'm sure Khris will be wanting to take it out for a blast..
Get that 150 kit and I'm sure the front end will pop up nicely when it hits the power band

Khris can get stuffed lol! Don't actually know when I'm going to finish it, haven't really started yet. Need to collate all the parts first & to be honest I'd like to take my time with it.

Lets wait & see eh? Derestricted the exhaust this week

The dreaded restrictor ring.

Now removed.

Stupid sound proffing & gauze.

Now gone.

Just need to weld it back up now.

*update*
Finished stripping it on friday, didn't have much on at work so took the day off & did this.

Engine out finally.

Frame now ready to take to be shot blasted & powder coated.

Yesterday I drained the tank & started cleaning up all the plastics including the chainguard & mudgaurds.

Well I welded a couple of brackets on the swingarm today (not very well ) so I can start making a hugger, got both mito wheels now so just have to measure up for the hugger. Need to get a spacer made for the rear wheel & get a new  smaller sprocket. The job I'm not looking forward to is making the brackets so the wolf calipers fit on the mito discs. The exhaust has been coated hopefully pick it up next week & drop a load of other bits off for blasting & coating.
