Oh well that didn't last long. Put some petrol in the bike on the way home from work & the bike wouldn't run again. It's definately electrical just hope it isn't the CDI as they're 749e. sad

Quick update:

Decided to make the bellypan today, it needs trimming & requires a bit of filler & painting which I'll get done during the week. Also need to make some brackets.

Gel coat.

Mould bolted together & first layer laid.

Finished article.

A nice idea mate but no market at all. Besides I don't really want to make any more.

Don't get another ped, get him a CBR125 cheap to buy/run & very reliable. The wolf is going ok but bogs down in every gear at 8k I'm going over the PVs again at the weekend. I didn't bother running it in as I only replaced the piston/rings so just heat cycled it 3 times.

Bellypan is finished just need to make some brackets & fit it.

Went out yesterday & the bloody chain snapped 15miles from home started pushing it & luckily a guy stopped on his duke ST2 he then went all the way home to get his car & bike trailer & came all the way back just to load my bike up & drop me home, didn't even want anything either. Stella bloke! As for the bike the chain has completely annihilated the hugger/chain guard so I've got to make a new one.

Will be going on ebay once I have a new chain/sprocket set. I've had enough of it reckon I've pushed it further than I've actually ridden it. Been looking at RF600s & fzr 600s on egay.

Well I fitted the bellypan today...err...hasn't turned out quite as I expected. I'm fairly pleased with the result just not sure of the distance between the frame.  Also fiddled with the PVs & the bike is much better although still not as fast as I remember them to be. More fine tuning I suppose.
