Another little update:

Today I took the headlamp & cover to work, as they were looking very old, I removed the ring from the headlamp & prepped that & the plastic cover ready for a bit of paint. Bought a new side light bulb. Won a new speedo drive from ebay last night as the one I've got is broken. Spent most of yesterday plugging the wiring in, just need to tidy it all up. A friend of mine (& fellow RGV250 owner) came round yesterday lunchtime to have a look & informed me of the reason why you can't buy the pins for the powervalves seperately, They're pressed in!! Well nothing else for it just going to have to bite the bullet & buy a repair kit from here -> http://www.thetuningworks.co.uk/store/product_info.php?products_id=487&osCsid=900f34c81e3befee207017ecc8a691ab yes they are expensive but they are billet blades the pins are part of the blade so should never go wrong. On the way home today I had a bit of luck, I was missing the little washer which goes on the rear brake caliper (between the banjo bolt & the caliper) well I found it in my jacket pocket, must of been in there for months. It means that at least I can bleed the rear brake.
