Well the 150cc barrel & head turned up today &....it's completely different! The powervalve housing is on the opposite side of the barrel & a totally different shape from the UK spec one also the thermostat housing on top of the head is at the back not the front. Pics later when I'm not so depressed.

Well that's next years project. Didn't really buy the wolf to sell on. I'll finish it first & see what happens then, I can't send this barrel back though, see if I can flog it on the bay.

Here's some pics to show the differences.

As you can see the UK spec (standard barrel) the powervalve pulley & housing are a different shape which means I wouldn't be able to use my standard bits.

Kiwi barrel.

Would help if the housing was on the same side.

Today I made a mould for the bellypan sides, need to make the bottom & the centre then join them all together. I didn't actually get any shots of the butt as I did it all at work. :

Gel coat applied:

Wet laying the matting:

After 3 layers & 4hours later:

To give you an idea of the shape:

Literally just need a throttle cable & battery & to sort the wiring then the bike should be road worthy.
