Here's my Joe's ped the black one just got it has ZX exhaust malossi rollers and clutch and air filter bigger carb

alot of work gone into those. nice lil peds aren't they. glad your sons ped works after you 2 fixed it, hehe well done you 2.

  I did reply just now and its GONE!!!!!!!!! Not the first time..
Well you need to put a bigger main jet in if you are running a k&n..Failure to do so will result in a hot spot on the crown of the piston followed by a hole
All three of those ped's are VERY tidy, un-like our sons I will try to take a pic to show you all..

Cheers full for info ,the black one we just picked up on Sunday so all the stuff was done by previouse owner but my son will start changing bits soon  . The one we had to fix I was saying about got nicked one day after me & my brother in law got it going by F**ING PIKEYS  so we got this black one anyway, quick history of his bikes
 yamaha aerox 70cc (oh sorry officer it 49cc really ) that got writen off by a minicab driver then that red one in the pics mate made him an offer he could'nt refuse (kerching) then another red one the one that got nicked now this black one he hoping to work his way up to a R1 time he his 19  thats when I stop helping he can pay for that one
