Only Charlie! Only Charlie!      well like I said back on 'my thead aka only Charlie'  I think they look good and makes it look more sporty than the standard dull look.

Hi all

Well i have been working on the little Cento over the last few days fixing a problem i had with the front washers so i checked the fuse but all was in order and after testing the wire going to the stalk control there seemed to be power so it had to be the pump so off i popped to my local breakers to got one which i got for a few pounds so i popped off the wheel arch linner and replaced the pump?? whay hay   we have lift off,

Well over the last few weeks i have been making a brace to help protect the rear end in the boot as well as help tighten things up a little,there is no rear brace for the Cento becuase it has trailing arms, as you know there are no rear struts up into the rear wheel arch like on some cars but i seen this on a Rally Cento and thought i would like one of them so i had to make one ,well 2 because a promised Charlie one which i sent to him today they are much the same but mine has different mounting brakets that i made as my piece of 4mm box section was left short after cutting Charlies so after getting the steel cut and then welding the mounting brakets on i finishing them off with some Ford Sunburst Red and a little sticker that i made just to help finish them off i hope to get it fitted in the next few days all going well??,




I have also just ordered some new toys off ebay over the weekend and i will post pic's as and when i get them but more on them when they get delivered and fitted

Hi Charlie,your welcome,you just asked me at the right time just as and when i was away to start making them? you spying on me ,you can see that my brace has different mounting brakets to yours?i have just got to mount another braket that i have made from angle that needs to be bolted to the wheel arch first unlike yours that just bolts straight onto the arch


but they will still do the same job helping to tighten things up not that yours needs tightening up Enjoy!!,

Yeah I think mine is tight enough and that will keep the back end in line too. Hope you like your OMP stickers dude. They will be with you tomorrow and I have sent them recorded delivery. Enjoy

  i can't wait for the OMP stickers,i just love stickers  

The brace will help tighten things up even though it is bolted to the inner wheel arch be it only 3 inches from the chassis leg using the bolts and plates i have gave you with the brace to help brace its mounting postion up and iam sure after its fitted there will be more chance that it will ---- its leg like a dog when cornering hard,Nice!!!

Well i got the brace brakets finished today so i went ahead and fitted the brace






Well after all my hard making the brace and fitting it i have to say iam well pleased with it ,

I got a delivery today of some OMP stickers and iam pleased to say i just love them,It was Charlie that sent me them up for making his brace and as soon as i get my phone back i will pop some pic's up although i have not yet stuck them on but i hope to over the next few days all going well,Cheers Charlie

Hi Fullpint cheers,yeah they do help tighten things up thats for sure,just looking of them do it for me
