Hi,

Well after a break from the car for a couple of days i got back on in it this afternoon although i would of loved to have got working on it yesterday but i had a feed of drink on Saturday and i was like a bear with sore hole:d for most of the day so it wasn't to be :o

So what did i get done this afternoon??

I had already removed the front brake flexi pipes so i went ahead and also removed the rear flexi pipes as i have placed an order for a new set of Goodridge braided brake lines so i hope to have them soon as it had to be a special order,



So before i removed the rear flexi pipes i also made the decision again lol to go ahead and replace all the brake lines after finding these going into the rear flexi pipes: eek:



I also got the rear brake drums fitted but i have still to fix the handbrake cable and adjust it but i will do that after i have bleed the system,i also got the rear arch trims re-fitted on both sides after giving them and the wheel arch a good clean,



I also hand enough time to get the driveshafts,wishbones,hubs,antiroll bar,calipers,pads, bleed screws all fitted but i have still to order the new outer bushes for the antiroll bar that i hope to get that done this week and also pick up a couple of new CV boot clips as i removed the others when taking them off,i also got the strut brace back in place so all going well i hope to strip all the old brakes lines tomorrow all going well?,

Hi guys and girls,

Well i never had much time on my hands today but i did have time to remove all the old brake lines so as soon as the new braided flexi lines arrive i can get on with flaring the new lines in,i also got the spoiler stuck on today but i have no pics as yet but i will try a get some tomorrow if i have time?,

Hi Guys and Girls



Well i got a little more done on today,i took the rear drums off and gave them a coat of undercoat as i had some red left over in the shed from another job so that will help keep the rust at bay, i will finish them off tomorrow with some black to match the front calipers,

 

As a said i got the spoiler fitted and bonded on yesterday so here it is fitted and finished





I also got the Co/driver foot rest plate and foot plates all drilled up today and i have just to bolt them in place tomorrow if i get time?although in the pic they are not drilled and are just sitting there but they have been drilled i just need to pick some bolts up in the morning or i might just pop-rivet them in place,

 

Well thats about it but i will update as and when i have more to update on,
