They will go in but not straight fit , I can remember reading somewhere that there is some lugs or something (no exactly sure) on the back seats that need to be removed but I don't think its a big job. I'll try and find more info mate

what i found out was that you nead to transfer the split fold mechanism from the sei (if the model you are using has it) into the cinq as they don't, make sure u get all brakets and bolts etc. i'm not sure where i thought i'd here the lug part from aww well lol

i used to have a schumacher sei and i am sure the seats were better in that.

If you intend using the car on track then bucket seats and full harness is a must..I felt sooooooo much safer in my GT with them..The down side is every day use Cant get peeps in the back, can't turn your body to see whats behind you, its hard to play with the buttons on the CD player and heater controls..

nah the cinq is not going on track, i used to have konig bucket seats in my evo, they were pretty good but they did have a 15 degree adjustable back. on a seperate note fullpint i too used to have a punto gt many years ago (it was great till the pistons blew lol) thought it safer to get rid after that, but i had great fun with it for 3 years.

The front seats bolt straight in, its the rear seat that differs as its split folding on the Sei so you need the extra brackets for this from the Sei donor car which all bolt straight into a Cinq.

TBH the Sei and Cinq seats are not different, same foam shapes are used on both seats, the only reason some may find they offer more support is that they are often from cars which have covered less miles and feel firmer, but they still offer very low levels of side support.

We have tilt adjustable OMP seats in the Sei with eth less than 30K covered Abarth seats sat in storage for if/when we ever sell to return to standard, the OMP seats are much much more supportive.

Also fitted Strada Abarth 130TC Recaro's in my old turbo Cinq, they are brilliant seats offering near fixed bucket seat side support but also being adjustable and have hole in seat section for full 5 point harnesses, we have a set of those which we may use in the Cinq when we build it up as allows different height peple to get a more comfortable seating position. They come up from time to time on Ebay. Fairly easy to fit as same width as standard seats, some box section and drill's just about all you need, or even easier but more expensive OMP universal base mounts work a treat.

Also fitted Suzuki Ignis Sport Recaro's in Emma's old turbo Cinq, which are brilliant seats as had yellow "fish net" headrests, but were a bit tricky to fit due to Ignis having an uneven floor and Cinq having a flat floor.
