hey.
names chris and i have a sei abarth. al throw some pics up later but i need a little help.
does any1 no were i can get some lowering shocks and springs for me sei i really want it lowerd but i dont just wana go for springs. any1 know of any good sites or anywere where i have pop down.

There is a multitude oif stuff available, it all comes down to cost, your budget and what you hope to acheive. Low end you have stuff like Monreo and Bilstein who both do OEM type gas replacement dampers, which will be an improvment on the tired OEM non-gas shocks. Springs wise you have G-max, Spax, H&R, Eibach, the two German's being the most expensive and probably best of them all. A amcthed spring damper kit, again G-max, Spax, KW and H&R IIRC, theres even full on competition stuff from H&R at £1500!

Good place to start to compare stuff is Motorsportworld.co.uk where you can cross check lots of different products.
