Well here we go guys and girls, I have got the car back and I am well pleased with it. Paul who did all the work is a true star :bling He made all the cage to Sparco specification and it looks wicked. It is bolted and welded too, all I have to do is paint the cage and put the Sparco stickers. He has also fitted my 4-2-1 stainless manifold and decat, this now gives me a complete de-cat system, also he fitted my 'Tricker' 40mm throttle body and refitted my suspension (new adjustable Avo coilover kit) and polybushes. The car is so stiff and rigid it is wicked, and as my old tank was fubar he fitted a new replacement, but it was noit a standard one. Oh no , I was very happy to har that he has fitted a lightened track tank! Fantastic!I have changes my wheels over to the my other ones I got off the red Fiat and the red wing mirrors seeing as the car will be resprayed this year. I also changed my steering wheel am replaced it with a track looking one, soz Sandy!
I can't believe how much I have changed on the car, here is my running tally:
1)   Stripped car out of all soundproofing, rear seats, rear seat belts, roof lining, and grab handles, rear panels, front storage pockets, door  cards and stereo and speakers.
2)   Replaced old cinquecento sporting front seats with seicento sporting seats.
3)   Installed Sparco top front strut brace.
4)   Installed OMP lower front strut brace.
5)   Installed rear homemade steel strut brace.
6)   Installed Brembo front brake discs and Green Stuff EBC brake pads.
7)   Installed GSR induction kit.
Cool   Installed Bosch super four spark plugs.
9)   Installed Magnacore KV ht leads.
10)   Installed up rated chipped ECU.
11)   Installed Supersprint 4-2-1 stainless steel manifold and stainless de-cat.
12)   Installed Stainless Powerflow middle to back straight through exhaust system.
13)   Installed Sportex mild steel back box.
14)   Installed AVO coilover suspension (front).
15)   Installed AVO 40mm drop springs (rear).
16)   Installed both front wishbones and track rod arms and replaced the top turrets.
17)   Installed up rated Powerflex bushes all round.
18)   Installed Lockwood white dial kit.
19)   Installed new Eibach anti-roll bar.
20)   Painted both front callipers and rear drums in red heat resistant paint.
21)   Painted the inside of the car in white protective paint.
22)   Installed new Ripspeed steering wheel.
23)   Installed new Reflex Sparco alloy pedals.
24)   Installed new X-Speed Sparco gear knob
25)   Installed full race spec 6-point roll cage.
26)   Installed Tricker 40mm throttle body
27)   Installed Powerflex polyurethane bushes all round
28)   Installed 2 Sparco 3 point race harnesses, blue in colour.

Yeah, but I am enjoying making this track car. And a big thanx to Richard for all his help too. Rich said yesterday when the car was given some revs, it reminded him of his mates group n peugeot rally car. Cool eh?

I have seen a track day coupe and the guy who had done it followed very much a track style Ferrari 355 and it looked well lush and I think that it had a Supersprint exhaust system as well.  as for keeping upwith me I will try my best
