Time to spend some money  Just went to swap the cars over (take mine out the garage and put halfpint in) only to find out that my battery is FLAT  Halford do em for 64 quid but I'm sure i can find one a lot cheaper via the trade. So its on my  again..  |

One of the guys at work did offer me a AA battery at lunch-time Good news tho...Popped the battery on this morning and all seemed ok..Hopefully the same goes for tomorrow.. AND YES I DID GET A LITTLE  TAKING AT WORK.. Nothing I can't handle..   |

it is bloody qwik. luckily the lady and the cuppa had good brakes came within inches of missing each other on a tiny back lane. yup the ticker nearly went. defo needs something better than the trolley wheels. |

And my nasty noise has now been sorted.. The metallic type sound I had turned out to be the air-con pulley.. Guys on the Cappo forum said just cut the belt off..If the noise stops then its the clutch in the air-con pulley. ALL SORTED....After all who needs air-con at the mo..  Well Happy. If it start's up tomorrow morning then I will be over the moon.. This weekend I will be jacking the car up and giving it a good coat of underseal and paint the left hand side calipers...Will try to take pics of before and after.... |

Well the Cuppa fired up on all THREE pots this morning so I guess the battery was  .. Looking forward to the weekend and doing the under-side..If I have time I will also re-paint the sills in a nice Gloss Black..
