As I have been a member for a while now, i better introduce myself and my ride.

hello,

My name is Martin aka olgit.  I have a cinquecento sporting. I bought it
about a year ago now. It hasn't needed any repairs as yet and
find it very reliable. I regularly have the piss taken from my mates
saying things such as skateboards are bigger than that or can i borrow a
wheel of it for one of their bmx's. Mind you they do like the 100
miles to a tennerfor petrol. Plus cheap insurance is something they don't
get with their  Beamers or R Type Hondas.

This is the first fiat I have owned and I must admit I am very
impressed with it. Now I know what all the fuss of one being
so much fun is now. Being as i am a hard core Ford owner before
owning stuff like Escort R.S. turbos & Cosworths, XR's and
even a 69 Mustang Boss. I never thought I would own a Fiat.
She has a 571 K&N filter, fox evo 2 alloys wheels. kept it subtle.
 
Anyway, I was still running a Fiesta XR2i 1.8 when my daughter
started wanting to learn to drive, so trying to put her on the
insurance was like taking out a second mortgage, so the XR had to go,
after lots of moaning from my daughter, and have it to come again when
my two sons are old enough, I started looking for a car that would be
viably sensible for her and the rest of the family, we went looking.
We managed to find a nice tidy black Cinquecento sporting. Here is some
pictures of it complete with our cat Lily who also seems to have
claimed it.


I am thinking about selling though. Reason?  My daughter wants to try to take
her test again but she needs a bit bigger car now as her little boy is getting
bigger and there is not a lot room  in my cinq for big buggys aand all the
other stuff he needs.I remember those times when my daughter and her two
brothers where little and the amount of crap we had to take and just about
got it in to my R.S Turbo. So if anyone is interested, I am looking for 575 ovno

Thought I would let ya all know its now been sold  so now on the hunt for somthing else, its gotta be cheap cos that's wot I am common and cheap but do fancy a punto sporting or that type of car so back to searching the ads again

How far a field are you willing to travel? If you like cheap then I presume it must be with in walking distance I will keep an eye out for you..Say under 500 quid?

Thanks dude, just wished I hadn't sold it so quick thought I could have got something else quick just after I sold it but I was wrong, too much crap out there at the mo, and people want loads of money for them so I am just biding my time for now perhaps my lucky black cat has run out of luck

Yeah the second hand market seems to have picked up or people are just asking silly money for there cars because people are tight for cash?iam sure you will find something soon?
