The manufacturers standard fitment is :
Tyre 165/55X13 Wheel 5.5X13 Offset 29mm
The standard tyre fitment is available from two manufacturers only, those being Pirelli (P700) and Goodyear (Eagle NCT).

The options are :
Tyre 175/50X13 Wheel 5.5X13
Tyre 185/60X13 Wheel 5.5X13 or 6X13
Tyre 195/55X13 Wheel 6X13
Tyre 175/50X14 Wheel 5.5X14 (Standard fitment on Seicento Sporting with Abarth pack)
Tyre 185/50X14 Wheel 5.5X14 or 6X14
Tyre 195/45X14 Wheel 6X14 or 6.5X14
Tyre 195/45X15 Wheel 6.5X15

here is a wheel fitment guide for Cinqs & Sei's

195/45/15 are just on with 6J.

If the car is lowered you'll likely need to lightly roll the rear arches and put lock stops on the rack (with 15s) to prevent scrubbage. You want a normalised et of around 27 (at least at the front) -- made up with spacers.

Be very aware that hubcentric spacers (which you'll need if the et is wildly out) are expensive.

The bigger the et, the closer the tyre/wheel is to the centre of the car.

One thing to add is that 15s will probably raise the gearing of a na 1108 or 1242 too much.

Not 100% accurate, standard Cinq Sporting 13" wheels are ET30.5, but have 3mm spacers on front so effective ET is 27.5mm. And I'm sure Sei Sporting wheels in 13" are ET27.

Sei Abarths have 14" wheels again 5.5J wide but ET36, but have a front spacer of 10mm making effective ET26mm.

You could run a 15" wheel from say a Lancia Dedra Turbo which is 15" 5.5J and then run a Smart car tyre of 175/50 15 or 185/50 15 and not have a wheel that is significantly bigger than a 14" rim. In fact if you run a 165/50 15 toyo R888 it is slightly smaller than a 185/50 14 overall!

The sizes of the wheel are stamped on the rim which is nice of Speedline who make them for Fiat!

15s really only make sense if you have torque to burn -- hi boost tubs, 1.4s, hi boost 1.4s, etc. With (say) 195/45/15s be prepared to re-route the exhaust and roll the rear arches (at least).

The nice thing is that it extends the tyre choice further.

We're going for 15" Lancia Dedra Turbo wheels on our Cinq but with aforementioned Smart car sized tyres i.e 165/50 15 which is not much bigger than a 195/45 14 approx 1/2 inch overall, but has much smaller sidewall meaning less flex and being narrower less drag.

But we may revert back to a 14" wheel if it doesn't work, but gives us more options as we have a 6speed box meaning its much more flexible with the 1.4 16V engine as of course most Fiats fitted with this engine box combo had at least 15" wheel on much bigger tyres 195/45 15 etc

6J in 14" are very, very, difficult to find off an existing car. Plenty of 5.5J in 14 on Alfas. I've been told that some of the FIAT weasels use 14 or 15" 6J steelies.

Compomotive do Minilite-alikes in the right size, but people have reported issues (as in, big issues) getting PGT calipers and disks under them.

I'd look at MOs and Team Dynamics.

Personally I don't like minilites on Cinqs, cosmetically.
