Hi

I had an overheating problem - Sei sporting '98 - coolant spat out through header cap, none of the hoses got warm, bleed system,
replaced cap, thermostst, flushed, replaced rad, symptoms remained the same but on removing pump _ a FIAT OEM spare 12m old 14k miles, _ discoverd the plastic impellor had turned to small pieces, carefully removed debris.
Beware pumps with plastic impellors.
Auto was missing lots of bits, fog lamp had been pushed into rad, rad had met the TDC sensor and oil pressure sensor, fan outer had eaten into fan cowl ducting, magic they all still worked ok. not to mention messing bolts, fastners, etc.
2x lady owners, FSH, pukka garages...

Hi Half

It need not have been either of the girl owners as all the front needs is a parking nudge, no sign of impact on front bumper other then scuffing on corners. The fan is still ok.

Though Pukka garages damaged lots of fasteners.
