RIP Shoya Tomazawa, it was a horrific crash involving, Scott Redding who has stitches in his back, de Angelis walked away.
Shoya - fell from fourth place and was hit at high speed by Scott Redding and Alex de Angelis.

They did say after moto gp that he died on the track after saying he died at hospital so unsure. i reckon it was on the track as he took a horrific fall.

our thoughts are with his family. this makes 2 in 8 days to die racing in motogp 125's and gp2. As the riders say, they know it is a risk of their job. it was a subdued end to todays racing with the podium flags flying at half mast and no champagne celebrations.

I feel really sad about this. Tomazawa was one of the nicest guys on the Moto2 grid & a real talent. At least he'll go down in history for winning the first Moto2 race. R.I.P.

preety hard to realise that tomazawa lived such a short life at 19 which is way to young. the crash was a unavoidable crash tht left the other two riders involved no time to react. the interest thing  is tht the moto 2 riders use to ride the 250cc class which is now 600s which in my opinion is a big step up for such young riders. such a sad accident that will have a big impact on future races in the moto gp. on a good note good to c rossi bak on the podium after his crazy accident.

Yup, not the kind of news anyone wants. Really sad and makes me recall the weekend Roland Ratzenburger and Senna lost their lives.
Everyone knows Motorsport is dangerous but no-one wants this.
