cheers, i like it. seems quite unusual on cinq's now. cant wait to start playing with it, got a fair few plans, nothing to major but once done it should look sweet

good old 899 cinqy very unique colour never seen one like that before. wat sort of things r going to do to it? and defo sandy it will be good to hav another cinqy at combe.

got him home this afternoon. found couple of little bits i need to do. speedo cable needs replacing (dash end) and wear mark on drivers seat that i somehow missed lol. and a load when you hit a bump (passenger side). but i found the cause of this. you'll prob never guess what? all in all im pleased, nice little car. i have the fail slip from mot man, all it needs is the left spring locating properly and a new headlight bulb to pass

plans are. First off, 2 new doors to do away with a couple of irratating dents. then as time and budget allow, tinted windows, lowered 40mm, maybe metalic grey alloys (cant decide if it should have sporting alloys or 14's). colour coded all round with clear lights, full sony head unit and speaker set up (maybe with a small sub) and a nice exhaust to make it sound nicer, maybe evan a spoiler. it will pretty much end up looking like a subltly moded cinq sporting but in that green so unusual. cant decide if i should play with the bumpers or not  .

first combe date is in april. no set date from combe yet.

cool sounds good mate abarth body kits may be a good idea if uv got spraying equipment may cinqys look a bit bigger lol. my cinqy looked lyk urs a short time ago then i met charlie the cinqy finattic lol.

lol, tell me bout it. put a battery on it today and new headlight bulb. now she starts on her own and you can see where you are going lol, but i need to try to find a cheap speedo cable

well, i decided today to get the front shocks off and see whats up with them, one side the top washer was upside down so i compressed the spring and undone it then as i flipped it i realized why it was done, the top mount on that side had perished so bad it was in 2 bits, so they flipped the washer to make it appear fine. then on the other side i noticed it looks like something is missing, there is to much thread showing up top and instead of having a gap between the mount and the top washer, it sits flush. so looks like i will be getting a set of front shocks and springs with good mounts from the breakers, then i can fit my new shocks to the new mounts and anything missing on mine, will be on the set i buy so i can use them as a referance and build them up PROPERLY (SAFELY)
