The making of the Italian Flag Cinq - Lots of pictures

Thought it would be good to do the story of the Italian Flag Cinq in photos
I bought the car in 2007 from family for the bargain price of £300
Car was awesome for ages then
oops
Drove it around with some dents for a while saw a seat ibiza at Thruxton painted like this:
This is December 20th 2008! not ideal time for a weeks painting work outside but it didnt affect the finish at all!
About £50 spent on paint, prob about £15-20 on primer and supplies. White paint was donated 2pack
6 months later...
Retro Rides 2009
Finally fitted these Alfa 33 Cloverleaf Revolution RFX's 13 x 6
Then found these in a scrap yard with momo steering wheel hub and correct towing eyes
quick photoshop:
using fineline masking tape

still 1108
in those vids
Then was kindly given by Charlie an old 1242 with blown HG and also bought a P75 cam for it
I didnt take any more pictures of the car after the 1242 was installed - then about 2 months later 120,000 miles
- The End
It was a great car and I would paint another one like it again in an instant, but maybe for a second weekend car cos it wasnt very professional for work:)
It got great responses from people all over the place and it was pretty quick with the 1242.
If i did it again i would spend a little longer on the paint and take the front screen out, but the car was never perfect anyway.
