hi

i havent been on this site much in the past. i started off with my first car a black 93 899, i then got a red 93 899 which i sold on recently. i recently swapped my black 93 for purfs crashed yellow cinq. since i wanted it for my 126 restoration. but then i spotted this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230609393173&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT. it arrived on monday. it is in very decent nick however the engine is gone so i will exchange the engine for the one in the yellow cinq. ive also got some -40mm spring and some revolution alloys and im hoping to have a try with a rear anti roll bar from an mgf shortened. hopefully it will be on the road in october ready for a track day

thanks i definately want to get up to castle combe. it may be sooner rather than later to cut a long story short i just need insurance and a belt and an ancillary switch over and im done on the road engine runs perfectly exhaust is nice and loud (especially at about 9.30pm  )

Hey nice one!

Good to see my old car has gone towards a good cause. The engine was sweet and had been serviced well over its life.
Will be interested in how the rear arb works out. ]
