Hi All

Dont think i have posted about this car. We got it as a 'family sized car' after having cinqs when our son was born. Basically after goign to the supermarket we realised this was not big enough at all and seeing as i crashed my cinq shortly after this I took ownership of the punto.

Its been a great car only needing a new gearbox mount in the 12 months weve owned it. I think the cars got nice lines but its not the most exciting drive compared to a cento...

I have been thinking of doing this : sadly my car doesnt have the lovely abarth kit shown but its silver ... elf haha ( Iv photoshopped the bonnet)

^ This is my car.... not quite as good a stance...

The bumper has a nice dent at the front put in by a previous owner of course - So i was maybe gonna paint it satin black like this -

or this

maybe it looks a bit naff with the black bumpers...? any comments?

Punot's make a great family car. They look small but as you know inside there is loads of room..
Silver bumpers I reckon and finish it off with a black stripe running down the bonnet and into the bumper. About the same width as the number plate..

OK I bought a 'new' grigio bonnet from the bay with no dent in the front and I have just taken delivery of a 5dr abarth front bumper, also from ebay.

I have also just figured out that 3 door side skirts fit the 5 door, so they shouldnt be too hard to find. So I now need to paint the front bumper???

Im thinking im gonna keep it all grigio steel like the car in the first photo above.

I'll put some photos on eventually...

Does anyone know if there is any possibility of mk1 suspension being the same as the mk2? and where the hgt's & sportings lower as standard than my 8v?

Nah no decals this ones an elegant cuiser

oh and its a new bonnet also, as you'd expect the delivery man dropped it so its not perfect... Better than a big dent in the front though.
